Wait until somebody asks. Then the energy will be there to find your correct expression. Until then it is just Monkey Mouth. Ego monkey is constantly telling you that you are not good enough, and to compensate you must prove your worth by: A) accomplishing something outside of yourself (success, achievement, awards, and even more spirituality) or B) By being a really nice person and always trying to do the right thing. Often times letting others walk on you in the process. This monkey is a killer, and is the root of many heart problems. | Wise Monkey: Has nothing to prove to anyone about anything. This monkey is always trying to grab something outside of itself to try to make it feel better and/or more secure. The root monkey’s game is to use stress to try to get you to hurry up and do something. If you have this monkey, you’ve been taking in everyone’s stress and amplifying it. It uses its pitchfork to poke you “Hurry up. Get it done.” You do, only to find that there is more to do after that. This monkey says, if you finally get it all done, then we can be free. The wisdom of this monkey is that you are never going to be free of the stress of others. It is not your stress.
