The Astrological Body Types: Face Form and Expression by J. Arbrams Hill This is a great book with awesome illustratioins of different sign and planetary types. There are many factors you can consider to find your overall dominant type.

Table of Significators of Physical Appearance in the Birth Chart

1. Moon's sign (esp. in females)
2. Ascending Sign
3. Sign tenanted_____ by the planetary "ruler" ____ of the Ascending Sign _____
4. Sun sign (beware of cusps, as people may look like the neighboring sign)
5. The sign opposite ____ to the Sun Sign
6. Planets nearest the Ascending degree, either side (conjunct)
7. Any planet closely conjunct the planetary rule of the Ascendant ______ Sun ______ or Moon ______
8. Any sign possessing two or more "personal" planets (i.e. Mercury, Venus, Mars)
9. Any sign possessing a "stellium" of five or more planets
10. Stationery planets: planet that appears to have no motion at birth, (mercury, venus and mars for 1 day, 1-3 days for slower planets) look at an ephemeris
11. Dominant Element (look for at least two important indicators such as Sun, Moon, Ascendant, or ruler of Ascendant posited in one element)
12. Dominant Mode (must be overt dominance)

10. Stationery planets: NONE
11. Dominant Element (look for at least two important indicators such as Sun, Moon, Ascendant, or ruler of Ascendant posited in one element): WATER, THEN FIRE
12. Dominant Mode (must be overt dominance): MUTABLE

my natal Jupiter and Saturn were retrograde, but not close to direct

looks like my natal north node was direct though....

You also keep your fears to yourself, wanting to appear strong, perhaps because someone in authority had too much power over you.
