The South Node is transiting my 3rd house

According to Celeste Teal, transiting North Node through your natal houses shows opportunities for rewards, good fortune, and happiness. Whereas transiting South Node through natal houses shows potential areas of vulnerability, loss, sacrifices, issues and chance for spiritual growth.

So for the third house, I should expect spiritual growth in the areas of communication.

So I looked up (on astro.com extended charts) where Saturn went retrograde and direct last year for me, and what houses they were in. It is retrograding again in roughly the same area now until August!
